Dr. Malhotra is AMAZING. She takes her time in the care she provides to my 5 y/o and almost 1 year old. They get sooooo excited to see her and ask to see her when we don’t even have an appointment because they just want to say hello. Her compassion for their well being is why we will keep her as long as we live in the Phoenix area. We commute 40 minutes just to have her as my children’s doctor. She is so knowledgeable and well connected with so many specialist if your child needs further care. Thank you Dr. Malhotra for loving my kids and caring for them with your everything. I never knew how much I would grow to love and appreciate my kids provider. What an amazing doctor and an amazing gem of a human.

Dr. Malhotra and her team are wonderful. The office is always quick, and everyone is so gentle and caring with my daughter. I really appreciate how Dr. Malhotra listens and takes time to understand our needs. Ashley at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and the medical assistants are great too. The office itself feels welcoming and not like a typical doctor’s office, which makes visits so much easier. After switching from our previous pediatrician, I can honestly say this has been the best experience—we won’t be going anywhere else.

We were very happy with Dr. Malhotra at our first newborn visit the other day. Being first time parents, we had a lot of questions and concerns and she not only answered them, but also made us feel very comfortable with our baby’s health and tendencies this early on. She was very friendly, and professional and we were happy to have found her!

As brand new parents, my husband and I have a lot of questions and anxieties regarding our baby. We are so thankful for the team at Kidfinity Pediatrics! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Dr. Malhotra is the best! She always gives us plenty of time to express any concerns and then thoroughly addresses each one with information and/or reassurance. The challenge of raising a baby is a little easier when you have such a wonderful Pediatric Clinic giving you support along the way!

As first-time parents, we couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician than Dr. Malhotra. She is always informative, educational, and incredibly patient. She listens carefully to all our questions and concerns, providing clear guidance every time. Her thoughtful care gives us immense peace of mind, knowing our child is in excellent hands! Office staff is always so kind and super helpful as well!

Had our first appointment today and it was a breath of fresh air. The time the provider took to actually talk to me and to my daughter was astounding. Not only is the doctor so amazing with my daughter but the staff is as well. Highly recommend this clinic. Left the appointment feeling relieved and understood

We feel blessed and lucky to have Dr. Malhotra! She truly cares and has such a passion for her work! This is our first child so of course we were scared and worried but Dr. malhotra made us feel like family immediately and helped with all my new mama worries!

My girls love Dr Malhotra and her staff! We are so happy we found her practice. She has convenient hours, always accommodates (within reason) when our girls are sick for last minute appointments and she genuinely cares and takes time with us. We struggled to get my neurodivergent child even evaluated by her former pediatrician and Dr Malhotra worked patiently with us and her to find services on the West side of town. She was focused on safety and skill building along with my girls overall health. Her staff is just as lovely and prompt at communicating. This practice is a rare gem and we will be with her until my girls age out.

Felt obligated to give a review after reading the 1 star reviews anti vaccine rhetoric. We toured here and are looking forward to using this office for our 2nd child and very glad they protect all patients with a common sense vaccine schedule.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. M and the entire Kidfinity team! Their office is easy to reach, they make time for all questions and concerns I have, and they provide both warm and thorough medical care to my daughter. My Family and I are lucky to have found Kidfinity!

I was debating on whether or not to leave four or five stars due to the situation that happened during the appointment today. Originally, when I called and made an appointment I was given a certain quote to pay out of pocket and that’s what I was expecting to pay plus the balance I had on my account. However, after the visit, I was told that there was gonna be another fee on top of the visit which I was not aware of when I made the appointment. For an office staff apologize and I think management came out and kind of explained the situation. Also apologize for the inconvenience. I paid the additional fee and left the appointment and went on about my day. I get a call from the office a few minutes later and they apologized after speaking with the staff member and reviewing the phone message they took accountability and reversed the payment. Thank you to the team for actually caring and following up. It shows you do care about your patients and want to make sure we all have a positive experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Malhotra and her staff at Kidfinity. She never rushes you and welcomes all questions. I also recently had to use the after hours line when my daughter was sick and she was immediately available to help over the phone. I would definitely recommend Kidfinity!
