Our telephone line open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To reach the on-call provider, please follow prompts carefully when calling our office.
For non-urgent inquiries or appointment scheduling, we kindly ask that you contact us during our regular business hours.
In the event of an urgent matter that cannot wait until our clinic reopens, we encourage you to utilize the after hours services provided your insurance carrier. Please refer to the back of your insurance card for details regarding after hours assistance.
If your insurance does not offer after-hours services, please call us at
623-462-1981. You will then receive a text message to help triage your urgent concern. An experienced registered nurse or provider will then assist you from there.
Rest assured, a provider from Kidfinity Pediatrics is always available to speak to when needed.
We kindly request that you reserve after hour services for urgent matters only. Please note that there may be a nominal $30 charge for non-urgent inquiries, such as inquiries about routine medication refills, reviewing non-urgent lab results, or other non-urgent matters. Billing rules require us to bill all relevant medical codes
related to your child’s care including a provider’s time to take telephone calls, complete paperwork, coordinate care etc. Please be aware that some insurance companies will not cover this charge and will make it the patient’s responsibility.

Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
